Refund policy

We understand that shopping online isn't always easy. If you are not satisfied with your item please return it in it's original condition with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Please return the item within 14 days of your original purchase date to receive store credit. You will receive your purchase amount minus any shipping fee you initially paid for.

Please email customer service at hazeltideshop@gmail.com with a subject line of RETURN with your return request. If approved, your store credit will be sent to you in the form of a gift card via email and can be used at any time. Gift cards will not be sent until the return has been received.
